OAK HILL ELEMENTARY PTO SCHOLARSHIP
The Oak Hill Elementary PTO is offering a one-time, $1,000 scholarship to one former Oak Hill student who will be graduating from a Blue Valley high school during the 2022 – 2023 school year. The scholarship is made payable to both the student and the college or institution he/she will attend.
SCHOLARSHIP PACKET REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the scholarship, the packet must include the following four items:
1. Two-page Oak Hill Elementary Scholarship Application
2. One-page typed essay describing a memory from Oak Hill Elementary
3. A letter of recommendation from a current or former teacher or advisor
4. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 that is confirmed by a copy of your high school transcript (Obtained from the high school’s counselor).

ANDREWS' FUTURE EDUCATOR AWARD
Andrews’ Future Educator Award $500.00 Scholarship Application Denise Andrews, former Physical Educator of Oak Hill is offering a one-time, $500.00 scholarship to one former Oak Hill student who will be graduating from a Blue Valley high school during the 2022 – 2023 school year. The scholarship is made payable to both the student and the college or institution he/she will attend.

DEADLINE- April 14th, 2023
All forms must be completed, signed and returned together in one envelope. The application packets must be mailed, or hand delivered in a single envelope postmarked on or before April 14th, 2023. The envelope must be addressed as follows:
