Annual events hosted by the PTO 

Popsicle Pop-in!

Welcome back to school and come meet the teacher the Monday before school starts.  This is the day you will bring supplies (if you don't purchase through the school), see your classroom and meet your teacher for the year.  Then come find the PTO table for a Popsicle and find friends. 

Hawk Block Party

This is a FREE  family event that takes place one Friday in September.  We have face painting, games, food trucks, music.  It's a lot of time to just connect with other OHE families.  

OHE movie on the Lawn

Another FREE family event in October.  We set up on the soccer fields with blankets and lawn chairs to watch a movie and enjoy some popcorn.

Book Fair 

This classic school fundraiser takes place at the end of October/ early November.  Kids get to enjoy the thrill of a new book and also support our school and teachers. All profits from the fundraiser do directly to the library!

Sneakers and Sequins 

This ticketed event takes place in April and is a fun time of dancing, face painting, snacks and more.  This event is for OHE students and their adult (s).  It's a toe tapping good time.

Bomb dot Prom

Adults only! Book the babysitter and get ready to enjoy good tunes, food and drink and great people as we support the PTO in style. There will be dancing, pictures, raffles and more. 

Kindergarten Graduation

This sweet ceremony takes place in May at the end of the school day.  It's a time where families can come celebrate the end of kindergarten with their kids. 

5th Grade Celebration

This takes place in May for our 5th graders and their families.
