Finance

Manages the PTO budget, writes checks, pays bills, works directly with OHE office staff coordinating payments and handles all deposits.

Room parent coordinator sends emails to all the room parents before parties with a draft of what the email could look like. Room parents can reach out to the person in this position with any questions they may have. Minimal time commitment- Under an hour.

5th Grade Celebration - Committee Members (4th grade parents)
Plan and execute the 5th-grade breakfast in May. This is for parents of 4th graders.

Fundraising

Promotes Invest in OHE, seeks sponsors and oversees fundraising events- Hawk Walk/Run and Trivia Night.

Board Member responsible for all sub committee teams, communication with the board and guiding all fundraising teams. This is a greater time commitment, but less when you have more volunteers. This position can also be co-chaired/shared.

This team will champion the fall peer to peer fundraiser. They will plan a fun run type of event at school, and work closely with the Hawk Block team to coordinate a fall fundraising celebration. Main duties will be creating fundraising fliers, images, communication materials, coordinating the incentives for the fundraising goals, and planning school assemblies for the kick off and final slimey celebration.

This person will lead the coordination of soliciting donations from companies big and small. Staff Enhancement
