Administration

President - Board Member
The President serves as the PTO liaison with school administration to ensure tactics and budget are aligned with mutual priorities. With Board approval, the President helps ensure the budget and identified tactics for the year align and are executed. 3-4 hours/month. It is recommended, not required, that the President serve a two-year term.

President Elect- Board Member
Would serve as an aide to the President. The President-Elect shall serve a one-year term as President-Elect and then assume the office of President the following year, for a two-year combined term.

Secretary- Board Member
Board Member. Attend monthly board meetings, take minutes, put agendas together, send meeting reminders, upload meeting minutes to OHE website for historical purposes. Time commitment is minimal- 2-3 hours a month.

Fundraising

Promotes Invest in OHE, seeks sponsors and oversees fundraising events- Hawk Walk/Run and Trivia Night. 


VP of Fundraising- Board Member
Board Member responsible for all sub committee teams, communication with the board and guiding all fundraising teams. This is a greater time commitment, but less when you have more volunteers. This position can also be co-chaired/shared.
